*Fee Policy

• Our hour of operation is from 7:00am – 6:00pm and we are open 52 weeks in a year, closed on Public Holidays and Weekends only.
• $50.00 one off fee will be charged after 6:00pm followed by $2.00 a minute there after, which must be paid before the very next business day
• Fees are to be always paid on Tuesday’s one week in advance in the nominated Little Feet Oscar Centre’s bank account. This is necessary for us to maintain a high standard of care for your child. You will receive your weekly account statements in emails every Monday by midday.
• Where fees are unpaid for more than two weeks, we cannot guarantee a place for your child at our out of school care centre unless an alternative arrangement has been made prior to pay off arrears.
• Morning tea and afternoon tea will be provided to enrolled children.
• At the discretion of management, Little Feet Before and After School Care Centre reserves the right to use debt collection services to recover fees and cost of recovery should this be necessary. In this case all outstanding accounts will incur penalty interest charge of 2% per calendar month (PCM) until paid in full and you will be liable for all debt recovery costs incurred.
• Fees are required to be paid in full for all public holidays, sicknesses, and absences.
• Teacher only days or half term breaks. Breakfast, morning tea, afternoon tea provided where required.
• We require 3 working days' notice of a cancellation to qualify for a zero charge.
• Cancellations due to sickness will be refunded or credited upon the provision of a medical certificate all other cancellations/absences cancellation other than as outlined above will be charged.

Unless previous arrangements have been made, payments that are outstanding may see your child withdrawn from this programme.
